  • Description:

    From Bridge (Setu Bandha Sarvāṅgāsana) pose, begin to extend one leg out in front, without dropping the hips. If possible, bring the extended leg higher, toes pointing towards the sky.

    Stretches the rib cage, chest, neck and back muscles. Tightens the gluts. Strengthens the legs, knees and thighs.
