    From Revolved Chair (Parivṛtta Utkaṭāsana), the lower arm weaves in between the legs as the upper arm wraps around the back and the fingers interlace. The ribcage is lifted. The gaze toward the sky, unless it hurts your neck, then the gaze towards the earth.
