  • Description:

    From a prone position with the pelvis tucked under, the body is relaxed and lying facedown onto the earth. The forehead rests softly on the earth with the arms by the side body and the palms pressed down. The hips are squared to the earth and the knees and ankles are touching. The tops of the feet are relaxed and the big toes are connected. The gaze is inward and towards the earth.
