Start from Squatting Toe Balance pose with the palms flat on the floor and knees into the chest. Keep the palms in place, turn the knees about 90 degrees to face one side, so the elbows are in front of the thigh.
Strengthens the arms, biceps, triceps, shoulders, wrists and ankles. Gently twist and strengthens the spine.
