    From a seated position both sit bones are equally grounded into the earth with one knee wrapped on top of the other knee. The feet extend to the side of the body and rest on the earth. The ribcage is lifted towards the sky. The chin is slightly tucked toward the sternum. The hands are resting on the earth by the feet. The gaze is forward.
