    From Extended Side Angle (Utthita Pārśvakoṇāsana), one arm is wrapped underneath the front thigh while the other hand wraps around the torso behind the back in a bind. The ribcage is lifted and the pelvis tucked. The heart is open. The gaze is towards the sky.
