Crescent Lunge on the Knee with Prayer Hands

From Crescent Lunge pose, bend the back knee and lower it to the floor with the top foot flat. Tuck the pelvis under, lift the sternum and lower the hands to heart center into prayer hands. Stack the front knee directly above the ankle.
Simpler version of Crescent Lunge pose. Stretches the chest, lungs, and the back muscles. Strengthens and stretches the thighs.
