    From One Legged King Pigeon (Preparation), bend the back knee and bring the heel towards the back. Bring the hands over the shoulders towards the back to catch the foot or toes. Arch the back and drop the head slightly. Use a strap if the hands cannot reach the foot. Stabilize the body and keep the weight in the center line for balance.

    Stretches the thighs, groins, shoulders, hip flexors, spine and opens the hips and chest.
