Revolved Squatting Toe Balance

Start from Squatting Toe Balance pose. Slowly twist to one side, hooking the elbow to the outside of the opposite knee. Gaze is towards the sky. If possible, release the hands, lower hand wraps around the knees and the other hand around the back and try to bind the hands.
Strengthens arms, wrists and ankles. Stretches the upper back. Strengthens the abdominal muscles.
