    From Tree (Vṛkṣāsana), root your bottom foot to the ground, all four edges of your foot should be touching the ground, then bring the opposite knee into your chest and use the corresponding hand to hold it against your chest.

    Improves balance and stability in the legs, strengthens thighs, calves, ankles, and spine, strengthens the ligaments and tendon of the feet, reduces flat feet, increases low back flexibility, reduces low back strain, assists the body in establishing pelvic stability, reduces inflammation and indigestion.
