    From Warrior I with Prayer Hands, the torso twists towards the sky as the heart opens. The opposite elbow connects with the outside of the front bent knee. The gaze is towards the sky unless the neck is sensitive then the gaze stays down towards the earth.

    Wrings out the lower back and the digestive and vital organs of the mid-body. Opens the chest. Stretches the pectoralis minor muscles.
