    From Revolved Chair (Parivṛtta Utkaṭāsana) pose, the lower arm reaches back around the legs as the upper arm wraps around the back and the fingers of the respective hands eventually meet and interlace. The ribcage is lifted. The gaze toward the sky, unless this brings pain to the neck, then the gaze is towards the earth.
