Q:

What platforms/devices does Pocket Yoga Teacher run on?

A:

Pocket Yoga Teacher runs on 2 different platforms: 1) iOS devices (iPhone and iPad) with iOS 13.0 or later.
2) Macs running macOS 10.13 or later.

Q:

How do I rearrange the poses in the timeline?

A:

Moving any pose in the timeline from one location to another is very easy. Simply touch and hold the pose, drag it to a new location and release it. You can drag it out of the timeline to remove it completely. This action works with any node in the timeline, whether it's a Pose node, a Music node or a Tempo node.

Q:

How do I undo or redo some changes that I've made?

A:

If you are on the iPhone just shake your device and then tap Undo or Redo to undo or redo the last action. On the iPad you'll find the Undo button on the top-left corner of the editing screen, just tap it and select either Undo or Redo. You can undo up to the last 10 actions. Undo or Redo only works in the editing screen and does not work in the practices screen. This means that deleting a practice cannot be undone. It is recommended that you archive your practice on your computer before deleting it if you are uncertain about the action.

Q:

Can I search poses by name?

A:

Yes. You can search poses by name but first you need to expand the pose picker pane. You do this by pressingon the expand button (look for an icon with two little arrows) located on the top-right corner of the pose picker pane. Once you are in full-screen picker mode, you'll see a search bar at the top of the screen. Tap on the search bar and enter the name of the pose that you are searching for.

Q:

I've created a practice which I would like to send to a friend. How do I do this?

A:

Sharing a practice is very simple. You can send a practice through email, SMS or AirDrop. From the practices screen, tap the Share button and then select "Send a Copy". You will then be given the option to select the file format that you would like to send. The options are either "Practice" or "PDF". If the recipient has Pocket Yoga Teacher installed, you will most likely want to send the practice as a Practice format. This will allow the recipient to play and edit the practice in Pocket Yoga Teacher. If the recipient does not have the app, then choose the PDF format. The recipient will then be able to view the yoga routine in any PDF viewer. Once you have selected the file format, tap the "Choose Destination" button to select the delivery method and destination.

Q:

I can hear the music but the voice audio is missing altogether. What could be happening?

A:

Try forcing the app to close and then restarting it again.

Q:

Can I connect Pocket Yoga Teacher to my TV and see my practice in the big screen?

A:

Yes, there are two ways to connect Pocket Yoga Teacher to your TV: 1) Connect your device directly to your TV with the appropriate AV cables.
2) Connect wirelessly to your Apple TV. If you have an Apple TV you can connect your iOS device wirelessly to it. Just make sure to
enable AirPlay Mirroring before launching Pocket Yoga Teacher.
[TV connectivity is only supported on the iOS version of Pocket Yoga Teacher.]

Q:

When I connect to my Apple TV I only get audio and not video. What is going on?

A:

To have video and audio on your TV (through your Apple TV) you first need to enable AirPlay Mirroring on your device and then launch Pocket Yoga Teacher. You enable AirPlay Mirroring through Control Center. Even though it's called "Mirroring", once Pocket Yoga Teacher starts, it will use the TV as a separate screen, it will not be mirroring the screen. You will also have the option to change what is displayed on your device while the scene is rendered on your TV.
[TV connectivity is only supported on the iOS version of Pocket Yoga Teacher.]
